The short animated film shows how much a young boy misses playing soccer with his grandfather and how he doesn’t realize his grandfather is unable to play or come visit him on his birthday because he has COPD. The effects of COPD such as shortness of breath, persistent coughing, and fatigue can have a dramatic effect on a person’s life and can be debilitating, often preventing them from spending quality time with their grandchildren.

However, treatment and proper management of the disease can improve symptoms and allow sufferers to enjoy a better quality of life and spend more time with their family.
